Ralph "Ralphie" Lombardo (born 1930) is a caporegime and acting consigliere of the Colombo crime family. In January 1975, Lombardo was convicted of conspiracy to violate federal securities laws and wire fraud. The scam involved selling stock in an automobile leasing company in New Jersey. Lombardo was reportedly in charge of Colombo bookmaking and loansharking activities in New York City and Long Island. In June 2003, Lombardo was indicted on charges of racketeering, illegal gambling, and witness tampering. After acting boss Joel "Joe Waverly" Cacace received a life sentence to prison in 2004, Lombardo was promoted to Consigliere. After serving time in prison, Lombardo was released in July 2006. Lombardo is reportedly serving as consigliere.
