The chapter comprises the synthesis of thorium ethanolamine nanocomposite material and used to investigate for the removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous water. The material showed the significant removal of Cr(VI) even in the presence of other anions like carbonate, bicarbonate, nitrate, phosphate, fluoride, chloride and sulfate. The experimental study offered a different approach toward the removal of Cr (VI) ions and can get down the Cr(VI) concentration to its allowable limit.
