In today’s challenging competition among businesses in different types of industries, call centers play an important role as a tool commonly used by organizations to outsource workload overseas. One of the major reasons is for a business to remain in the competition arena against other competitors particularly those in the same industry. This study investigated the benefits of being a call center agent, its health implications and work habits as such.
