Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Mamoru Kishida (born May 10, 1981 in Suita, Osaka, Japan) is a Japanese professional baseball starting pitcher for the Orix Buffaloes in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. He made his debut in 2006 and wears the uniform number 14. Nippon Professional Baseball or NPB is the highest level of baseball in Japan. Locally, it is often called Puro Yakyū, meaning Professional Baseball. Outside of Japan, it is often just referred to as "Japanese baseball". The roots of the league can be traced back to the formation of the "Greater Japan Tokyo Baseball Club" in 1934 and the original Japanese Baseball League.
