Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Yitzchok Zilberstein is an Av Beis Din and posek in the Ramat Elchanan area of Bnei Brak and the rabbi of Mayanei ha-Yeshua Hospital in Bnei Brak. Zilberstein was born in Poland, but emigrated to Palestine while still young. There he studied in Etz Chaim Yeshiva in Jerusalem under Rabbi Aryeh Levin. Eventually, Zilberstein moved to the more advanced Slabodka yeshiva in Bnei Brak where he became a student of Rabbi Yehezkel Abramsky, who ordained him. Zilberstein married a granddaughter of Aryeh Levin (Aliza Shoshana Elyashiv, the daughter of Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, she died in 1997). Continuing his study of Torah in the Kollel attached to his alma mater, Zilberstein's rabbinical ordination was seconded by the leading posek of Bnei Barak, Rabbi Shmuel Wosner. Subsequently, Zilberstein served as a Talmudic lecturer in the Yeshiva at Lucerne, Switzerland for a few years. Eventually he accepted the position as Chief Rabbinic Justice of the Ramat Elchanan neighborhood of Bnei Barak at which time he also opened a Kollel Beis Dovid in the largely secular city Holon, Israel.
