Gastric Adenocarcinoma is a disease with significant clinical impact worldwide. Imaging as been playing a role in diagnosis and with recent developments of medical technology, cross-sectional imaging became an important tool in its diagnosis and staging. Computed Tomography with the multidetector acquisition option is the best all-in-one approach for staging gastric adenocarcinoma and has gained increasing notoriety in Tumoral and Nodal staging. This work is the result of a team effort to ameliorate the medical approach of patients in order to give them the best treatment and prognosis.
