The 1965 Australian Drivers' Championship was a CAMS sanctioned national motor racing title for drivers of cars conforming to Australian National Formula regulations. The title was contested over a six race series with the winner awarded the 1965 CAMS Gold Star. The series was won by Victorian racer Bib Stillwell driving a Brabham BT11A-Climax. Stillwell won the series by 19 points over Jack Brabham (Brabham BT11A-Climax). Three drivers shared third place, Spencer Martin (Brabham BT11A-Climax), Leo Geoghegan (Lotus 32-Ford) and John McDonald (Cooper T53-Climax and Cooper T70-Climax).
