Analysis the phytochemical constituent and their efficacy of leaf extract of Araucaria bidwilli and Thuja occidentalis and fruit extract from Zizyphus oenoplia against human pathogens (multi drug resistant bacteria). Analyze the phytochemical using TLC, PAGE, and reagents. This work implies that ornamental plant like Araucaria bidwilli and Thuja occidentalis possess antimicrobial agents which may be cure disease caused by drug resistant bacteria. The fruit Zizyphus oenoplia also possess antifungal and antibacterial properties.
