The issues related to structural change and the role of the SME sector under structural transformation are considered. The methodological approaches applied in this book are literature review, descriptive analysis, country-study based on the empirical evidence, analysis of national surveys. This work might be interesting for researchers of entrepreneurship and small businesses who study the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
