Lazare Adingono (born 1978 in Yaounde) is a Cameroonian basketball coach and player. He played basketball at Rhode Island University from 1999-2003. In the 2002-2003, Adingono was a co-captain and finished third on the team in scoring. He also was a member of the Cameroon national basketball team. Adingono coached the men's national team at the 2007 and 2009 FIBA Africa Championships. From 2006 to 2009, Adingono was an assistant coach for the Canisius Golden Griffins. In April 2009, Adingono resigned from Canisius two months after he was arrested on charges of using a belt to beat his 4-year-old son.
