But there is not citizen satisfaction in the Government of India. Many citizens (respondents) state that the corruption is one of the factors for delaying in all activities in revenue department. Public Management Service Quality with negative opinion about revenue department. Many citizens (respondents) are satisfaction satisfied. Past three years, the state Government implemented the right to information act and computerized data base system. The present study, the state Government adopt in Public Management Service there will be future towards transparent and accountability in revenue department.
